Beginning January 2019, due to the high demand for our services as well as the high rate of cancellation/no shows, all scheduled appointments will be required to be confirmed via text, email, or phone call by 5pm the day prior to the scheduled appointment. Any unconfirmed appointments will be considered non-verbal cancellations and will be removed from the schedule and replaced with a client on our appointment wait-list. Confirmed appointments that are cancelled same day or no showed completely will be charged the appropriate $10 reschedule fee or 50% of the total appointment cost.  A valid credit card must be kept on file and up to date at all times for fee payments.
