Join Reanna every Friday evening at 7pm and Saturday morning at 8am for an hour of Vinyassa Yoga.
Join Dayna every Thursday afternoon at 12pm and Sunday mornings at 9am for an hour of Gentle Yoga.

Class sizes are very limited (12 per class MAX) so please register for classes in advance. We require a minimum of 5 people to proceed with a class. If the 5 head minimum isn't met we will automatically move the registered students to the next weeks class.
We also offer personal classes for up to 2 people. Great for couples yoga or yoga with the bestie.
Please bring your own mat and plenty of water for hydration!

Gentle Yoga - Gentle Yoga focuses on flowing through movement with the breath and has a mindful and gentle approach to the poses.
Hatha Yoga - Hatha Yoga is a balancing yoga practice, we will connect mind and body through a variety of yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation. This is a beginner friendly class we will build strength and flexibility in our bodies focusing on body alignment and awareness.
Vinyasa Yoga - Vinyasa Yoga is a practice of meditation in motion, helping to reduce stress while engaging the body. We will connect mind and body through asana and pranayama, yoga postures and breathwork . Strengthen, increase flexibility and balance, vinyasa is a great class for beginners and intermediate.
