Hi there! My name is Dayna Zielke and I was born and raised in Aurora, CO. I began practicing yoga in high school to supplement my avid ballet dancing, and immediately began to notice the benefits that it was bringing. Yoga has helped me strengthen both my body and mind, and form a deeper connection with myself. I graduated from Whole Yoga's 200 hour yoga teacher training program in 2018 and have since grown to absolutely love to teach!  When I am not teaching, I love to hike, dance, read, and learn new things! I am eager to share my yoga practice with you!
